「チキンとキノコのクリームキッシュ」


通常キッシュは玉子と牛乳とチーズで作りますが


今回は


なめらかなホワイトソースをベースに


玉子を加えて


チキンとキノコとネギをたっぷりと入れてみました


チーズとは違った濃くの有るキッシュです
